By purchasing anything from my commissions ( or my services ) you agree to the rules listed. Please read everything in my Terms of Service carefully to fully understand what my conditions are whilst buying from me.

If you do not agree or respect anything from my Terms of Service, you may not purchase a commission from me.

Be aware these are digital pieces, there are no physical products that are sold within my services.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me through my Discord DM's (or any social media platforms that you'll be contacting me through.)

Rules for the Client

◆ As the customer, you are expected to read through my Terms of Service to better understand how my services run.

◆ You are allowed to post the commission and share it to others on different media, however there must be visible credit that's linked back to me. (if its used as a concept for an event or a concept entry for a contest, credit for the concept MUST be visible)

◆ You are required to give me feedback on anything within the commission when I send updates, any major changes outside the lineart phase will not be changed. You receive 2 free changes or addons if something was either missed or would like something change/removed. After the 2 free changes however, you will have to pay an additional fee dependent on how big the change is.

◆ Any commission is for personal use ONLY unless stated otherwise by me.

◆ You are not allowed to edit my work in any way, attempt to remove my signature or use my art for AI or NFTs.

Rules for the Artist

◆ I have the right to refuse a request for any reason

◆ I will draw in my OWN style.

◆ Take note that I may also post the commission(s) on my social media and or use it for my portfolio/gallery.

◆ I will provide a transparent background copy (transparent background does NOT apply with the line art piece) and a copy with a simple background. (flat colour or a simple shape, the customer gets to choose)

◆ You’ll be sent a copy of each version ( PNG and JPEG ) either through Discord or a different social media platform or via email. (I can send it to both as well)

◆ I will provide updates with the customer on my progress throughout the service.

Ordering Rules

◆ All commissions must include picture references.

◆ Please make sure to keep worded descriptions to a minimum. ( providing me with small details that haven't been added on a reference for example is fine. )

◆ Before sending me any sort of transaction before a discussion about buying from my services, you are required to discuss details with me first and I will give the final say as to when you should.

◆ Once I've confirmed the amount owed and approve to work with you on the commission, you must send the first half of the transaction through PayPal. Once you’ve sent the payment, confirm with me that you’ve sent it through. You may send one half of the payment to me until I've finished the rough sketch of the design, and once that's been approved, you may send the other half of the payment to continue the rest of the service.

Payment Rules

◆ I do two part payments, one in the beginning of the commission service and the other half of the payment half way through to continue the commission. I will not continue the commission if that other half of the payment is not paid. If there is no update from the client for a week from notifying them about the second payment, the commission will be canceled and there will be no refunds.

◆ There will be no refunds once I start the rough sketch of the commission. I will give updates as to when I plan on starting the commission and will give updates on my progress throughout the service.

◆ I will refund a payment however if I have not started on the commission.

◆ Payments will be through PayPal ONLY

◆ No currency other than USD will be accepted.

◆ You are responsible for making any currency conversions. No other currency other than USD will be accepted.

◆ If the second half of a payment isn't made within 3 days ( 72 hours ) without an update from the client, the service will be canceled.

◆ You are not allowed to issue a chargeback for any reason. If anything happens with your payment however without your knowledge, please contact me as soon as possible to fix the issue.

◆ If a commission is to be canceled for any reason, you must contact me.

So you want to know a bit more about me eh?!
Well you've come to the right place!

The name's Meo, I'm a 18 year old Canadian redheaded gremlin who enjoys drawing things! I enjoy listening to music and playing videogames on a daily basis and uh... I am currently still trying to cure my Monster hunter and OSU addiction on top of that... I'm a pretty laid back and chill person and more than willing to speak to anyone as long as you'll be kind back to me!

I am currently in college taking a pre Animation/Illustration course to provide me the base foundations to study in Illustration to pursue my childhood dreams of making it my full time career! Coming up with visual concepts and ideas to help those who don't have the strengthened mindset or skills to do so themselves is my passion and hope to become a successful illustrator for studios, industries and future clients in the near future!
